- USCIS has a requirement to lease a telescopic forklift for use at the Nebraska Service Center. Please see the attached RFQ documents for the description of the requirement as well as evaluation information. Award shall be determined using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) process. Offerors are to submit pricing on the SF1449 provided. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist NLT 9 AM ET, Thursday, August 29, 2019. Quotations shall be received NLT 9 AM ET, Friday, August 30, 2019.
