- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) on behalf of the New York Field Office for tires. This BPA will be awarded under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Total small business set aside under NAICS 441320. The period of performance for this Blanket Purchase Agreement will be September 2019 - September 2024.
