- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, OR has a requirement to provide water entitlement inventories and assessments of selected National Wildlife Refuges (refuges) in the Pacific Southwest Region. The anticipated performance period is from 1/01/2020 through 12/31/2021. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is UNRESTRICTED and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. The NAICS code is 541990 and the small business size standard is $15 Million.
