- The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) has a requirement to obtain services for the destruction of bulk firearms as Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearm (ATF) approved method of rendering a bulk cache of USSS-owned firearms inoperable, as they have met/exceeded their operational needs. The service would allow for Weapons Distribution Center to effectively decommission and destroy firearms that are currently stockpiled and occupying storage space. The solicitation is a small business set-aside.
