- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is PAN40819P0000005273 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333415 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-09-04 16:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Place of Performance. The 408th CSB SWA Qatar Contracting Command requires the following items, Brand Name Only (Exact Match), to the following: LI 001: BRAND NAME ONLY: This product must be from the original maker of LIEBERT. Specifically manufactured for cooling server rooms, these units must be 360,000 BTUs, 460v / 60Hz U.S.A standard, 3 phase, down flow. The system must include the indoor and outdoor mechanisms to run the system in all four weather seasons. This unit will cool using refrigerant. The system will come with the appropriate line connections for installation. Product must come in the original box. Vendors must be authorized distributors of LEIBERT Systems, and provide documentation, and or proof they are authorized distributors. Vendor must submit spec(s) sheet and photo of item(s) quoted.
