- This amendment add the questions from vendors and the Government responses. This amendment extends the date for question submission to Monday 26 August 2019 4:00 PM EST. The technical library was dropped off to each offeror on 8/21/19 using the following website https://safe.arl.army.mil/. The hard drives are being shipped 8/21/19 but will take one week to arrive. This is a RFP for Navy Watercraft Afloat Maintenance Services. The Government intends to award a single award IDIQ contract. This requirement is 100% set aside for HubZone Small Business. Technical Library shall be provided to each offeror via an issued external hard drive. Requests are required to be in writing submitted to Stanley Sanders, Contracting Specialist via email at stanley.sanders@usmc.mil. Hard drives will be shipped FedEx to each offeror requesting. Please include a delivery address along with the request. Once the offeror has copied all items contained on the drive the drive shall be returned in the same manner it was shipped. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
