The solicitation number is 15B61720Q00000001_40 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 311225 with a small business size standard of 1,000.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. FOB Destination shall be Lompoc, CA 93436 The DOJ BOP Field Offices- FCC LOMPOC requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Shortening, Solid, 50 Pound Block. Shortening, General Purpose, (CID A-A 20100D, Type I). Shortening will consist only of partially hydrogenated deodorized vegetable oil or blends of vegetable oils. Product shall not contain antioxidants or antifoaming agents.
