Description
The 52nd Security Forces Squadron has a requirement for eight (8) dual thermal point-tilt-zoom cameras for the Ramp area and six (6) dual thermal cameras for other areas on the base. The cameras will use the existing fibre infrastructure and replace all required components importing the new cameras. These cameras will be a thermal and optical bi-spectrum network positioning system. Training will be included on the operation and maintenance of the cameras. A site visit will be conducted at Spangdahlem AB, Germany on 13 Sep 19 at 09:00 hours local time. Each interested company will be allowed to have one representative in attendance for this site visit. Transportation will be provided from the visitors center to the site visit location. All attendees are to meet at the visitors center located at the main gate of the base no later than 0830 on 13 Sep 19. Companies shall submit the name (Other required documents) of the representative that will be in attendance by 16:00 local time 3 Sep 19 to Ms. Bungert catalina.bungert.de@us.af.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award (See internet site: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1). Payment for this acquisition will be made electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF to include German vendors, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil/ for registration. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
