- Description
- 1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, intends to solicit quotes for PACS and Lenel Maintenance services at the Veterans Benefits Administration, Seattle Regional Office. A Statement of Work will be included in the future solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C10E19Q0016. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 561621, (Security System Services) and the small business size standard is $22.0 Million. This procurement will be competed as a Total Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition) procedures. Only verified SDVOSBs in the VIP database when a quote is submitted and at the time of contract award will be considered for award and unverified firms will be considered non- responsive and ineligible for award. 3. The intended contract period is a base year plus four (4) one-year option years. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is Friday, August 30, 2019 and the anticipated closing date is September 11, 2019. Interested Quoter s are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Quoter s from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. Businesses quoting a response to this notice should ensure that their registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ is current and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (561621) is included in the SAM and VIP profile prior to submission of quotations. 6. A site visit will be conduct on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at the SeaTac site, located at 17930 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188, at 10 am PDT. Please RSVP to Tamara.Feist-Hatfield@va.gov to obtain further reporting instructions. All questions resulting from the site visit should be submitted in writing, as verbal responses are not binding. All responses to submitted questions will be posted via solicitation amendment on FBO.gov. This is not a mandatory required and the contractors are responsible for all costs associated with site visit.
