Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Information Technology (IT) and Electronic Security System (ESS) installation services. This renovation is for AFRICOM Building 3312, located at Kelley Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany. Due to the overseas nature of this requirement, this will not be set-aside. This requirement will be competed full and open through FBO.gov. Award is anticipated by late-September 2019. The objective of this project is to upgrade Building 3312 through installation of Automated Information System (AIS), Audio/Visual (AV) System and ESS. Contractors will need to have the right to work in Germany for the duration of this contract. Contractors must also provide personnel with a SECRET clearance. The Government will not be sponsoring clearances, work visas, SOFA status, or TESA. The anticipated period of performance is 30 Sep 2019 thru 03 Jan 2020. For further information about this requirement and how to submit a quote, please refer to the attached RFQ W91WFU19Q0012 and Attachment 1.
