Description

The Contractor shall provide all furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to provide necessary repairs to the Grove Crane. The Contractor shall conduct repairs to Grove Crane model RT855B, Serial No. 81140, and perform a Washington State Crane Certification (WSCC). The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, commercial practices, manufacturer's specification and limitations applicable to the operation of all cranes and derricks, and require certification to that effect to ensure the continuous and safe operation of equipment. Only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and equipment recommended or approved by the crane manufacturer shall be used; no modification or additions which affect the capacity or safe operation of the equipment shall be made. The Contractor shall submit documentation of all work performed and parts replaced for work required by this purchase order. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
