- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA489719QA226 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-05; Effective 13 Aug 2019. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334517 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of two (2) Digital X-Ray Crack and Foreign Object Detection Systems (including the applicable warranties and accessories) in accordance with the attached salient characteristics.
