The subject line must specify: RFQ 36C25719Q1274 (Questions Grounds Maintenance - NTX). There will be no automated email notification of receipt of questions. Only to add Garland when the VA takes ownership What is the total sq. Ft of the planting beds/Mulched areas for Grand Prairie? Contractor should take measurement by visiting site. A site visit was carried out for this location under this solicitation already. What is the total sq. Ft of the planting beds/Mulched areas for Garland? Contractor should take measurement at the scheduled site visit. Approximation of trees/shrubs on the property for Grand Prairie and Garland? To receive this data all interested/qualified offerors should utilize input received from the Grand Prairie site visit already carried out and the Garland site visit on September 2, 2019 and by utilization of aerial view. What is the general criteria for obtaining a badge for our employees? The awarded vendor will receive clear instructions on the process. However, all parties shall visit the Dallas Engineering department to speak with the COR to obtain a badge. What is the responsibility of blue line in the tree areas for the contactor for Garland? The contractor will need them to maintain the wood-line trees facing the hospital from the blue line. Are we going to have an opportunity to do a walk thru at the Garland location? A site visit is scheduled for the Garland location on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 10:00am CST. All parties interested in attending the site visit must submit an email to Victoria.Rone3@va.gov stating such along with the company s name/status, attendees names, phone, numbers, and emails by Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 11:00am CST. How many acres is the Garland location? 33 acres Can the work be done on a weekend for Garland? Yes Can the work be done on a weekend for Grand Prairie?
