Description

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking offers from qualified persons to provide personal services under contract as described in this solicitation.This solicitation in no way obligates USAID to award a PSC contract, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the offer. National Security Decision Directive 38 (NSDD 38) approval is yet pending; contract will not be issued until decision is received from Chief of Mission.ELIGIBLE OFFERORS: United States Nationals (USNs), U.S. permanent resident aliens or Third Country Nationals. Hiring Preference: In order of preference, U.S. Nationals and U.S. permanent resident aliens offers will be evaluated first, and only when it is determined that there is no qualified U. S. National or permanent resident will Third Country Nationals be considered.
