- This solicitation has been changed from unrestricted to a small business set-aside. The solicitation will be available on or around 6 September 2019. Contractor shall fabricate, paint, coat, test and deliver new sluice gates. The contract shall be for two gates with a removable bottom and two gates with a cast bottom.
