Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has issued a solicitation for U.S. Army Evaluation Center Support Services (AECSS) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Anticipated contract will be awarded as a Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) contract. This solicitation is associated with a Draft RFP and synopsis posted under the same solicitation number, W91CRB-19-R-0032. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 541330 (Exception, Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons), with a size standard of $38,500,000.00. The resultant contract is expected to be a Multiple-Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) task order contract, with a five year ordering period, maximum seven year period of performance. Only Offerors registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a Small Business under NAICS 541330 may submit a proposal. The on-line version of the Request for Proposal (RFP) includes all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the solicitation will be issued. Amendments will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. Robin Delossantos is the POC for this action; robin.m.delossantos.civ@mail.mil. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website on a regular basis for any updates. Other documents, as necessary, will be posted when required. All proposals must be received by the Government POCs named in the solicitation before 10:00 am local Maryland time on 17 September 2019 and in accordance with the RFP instructions. All RFP questions must be received by 11:00 am local Maryland time on 19 August 2019 and shall be submitted to Ms. Robin Delossantos; robin.m.delossantos.civ@mail.mil and Mr. Jeffrey Schoerner; jeffrey.a.schoerner.civ@mail.mil.
