This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. See attached RFQ. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 Effective 12 Jun 2019 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) Updated Part 807, 813, 819 and 853 Effective 25 Jan 2019. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337127, with a small business size standard of 500. In order for a company to be considered a SDVOSB or VOSB the company must be listed in https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Unverified SDVOSBs or VOSBs are considered non-responsive and price quotations will not be evaluated. Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Registration information is located at www.sam.gov. Award will be made to the responsive/responsible offeror who provides the technically acceptable product at the lowest price. The San Francisco VA Medical Center has an urgent need to purchase the Total Care Bariatric Plus Bed is a high-acuity bed with 500lb weight capacity with 40 width and specialized features such as Intelli-Drive powered transport, integrated low air loss surface with CLRT and /or Percussion & vibration designed to support clinical needs including lifting, transferring, addressing immobility and pressure ulcer prevention, providing real-time visibility to patients and delivering dignified care. Note: Offers of equal products - Offeror must clearly indicate in its offer that the product being offered is an equal product. The equal product must have the same physical, functional, or performance characteristics as the items referenced in the Price/Cost Schedule of the RFQ. Please provide technical specification if offering an equal product. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured, used/refurbished or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. No product in development shall be considered. Authorized dealers: Only firms who are authorized dealers will be considered in addition to the original equipment manufacturer. A letter from the manufacturer stating your company is an authorized dealer for the line items must be in possession by the due date and be available for submission, if requested. Please provide price quotation using the attached RFQ. All price quotes received prior to 09/11/2019 will be considered by the Government. Only emailed price quotations received directly from interested persons are acceptable. Receipt must be acknowledged on my desktop computer to be recognized as received. This is the only acceptable method for delivery of quotes.
