To study ligament mechanical behavior. This is accomplished with the use of a materials testing system, but to visualize surface strain on this tissue, high speed cameras are necessary. CLiMB is already in possession of software, a labview compatible software development kit, and a drive to download imagery from Vision Research s CineMag system Salient Characteristics High Speed Cameras Monochromatic 32GB onboard memory 12 bit 1000 fps CineMag compatible Compatible with phantom v641 software development kit EOS lens mounting and lenses Compatible with the high speed cameras Kit to allow for EOS mounting on the camera EOS lenses (electronically operated aperture and focus), variable focal length (24-70mm), f 2.8 zoom lens CineMag storage magazine 512 GB of onboard removable flash memory Compatible with the high-speed cameras Compatible with CineMag station for downloading to PC LED lights and flexible mounting arm ~12,000 lumens LED light Variable friction arm with clamp (~9lbs capacity) GREY MARKET REQUIREMENTS (a) Gray market items are Original Equipment Manufacturer s (OEM) goods sold through unauthorized channels in direct competition with authorized distributors. This procurement is for new OEM medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts) for VA Medical Centers. No remanufactures or gray market items will be acceptable. (b) Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. (c) The delivery of gray market items to the VA in the fulfillment of an order/award constitutes a breach of contract. Accordingly, the VA reserves the right enforce any of its contractual remedies. This includes termination of the contract or, solely at the VA s election, allowing the Vendor to replace, at no cost to the Government, any remanufactured or gray market item(s) delivered to a VA medical facility upon discovery of such items. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements vendor may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 6 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Only authorized representatives of the manufacturer will be considered. Equipment must be new, no used or refurbished equipment accepted. Responses are due by 09/09/2019 11:59 pm PST. In accordance with FAR and VAAR Part 8 and/or 13, this notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, 19 Jan 2017.
