- SOW J&A The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), requires contract support for Architect and Engineering (A&E) technical assistance and assisting with the reviews of federally assisted construction and modernization projects. This contract will provide architectural and engineering technical support for application reviews, compliance reviews, technical assistance, and post-award oversight for the HRSA BPHC and its grantees.
