Description

Purpose: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide a notice to the public of information applicable to the biannual Floodwall Submersible Pump Maintenance Services contract. Authority: Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) is issuing this synopsis in accordance with FAR Part 5.204 Pre-solicitation Notices. Description New York Harbor Health Care System (NYHHCS) has a need for biannual Floodwall Submersible Pump Maintenance Services on eight (8) Flygt submersible pumps recently acquired through a larger construction project. Quantity Manufacturer Model Number Description Serial Number 6 Flygt Model NP3153.095 Submersible Pumps 415 Imp./12HP/460/3/60 1640028 1640029 1640030 1640031 1640032 1640033 2 Flygt Model NP3171.095 Submersible Pumps 614 Imp./25HP/460/3/60 1640018 1640019 Place of Performance: Department of Veterans Affairs York Harbor Health Care System (NYHHCS) 423 E 23 Street New York, NY 10010-5011 Pumps are in four underground pump stations located around the facility. Competitive Acquisition: This will be a competitive unrestricted acquisition, with no set-aside. Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price. Period of Performance:  This acquisition contains a 12-month base period with four (4) Option Years to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period of performance is 5 years. Government-Furnished Property/Equipment: None noted at this time. Release Date of the Solicitation: It is anticipated that Solicitation No. 36C24219Q1110 will be released September 04, 2019.
