This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-05 (effective 08/13/2019), Commercial Checklist; VAAR Update 2008-16 (effective 08/15/19), and Acquisition Policy Flash 19-05, 19-26, and 19-28 (effective 07/24/19). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430, with a small business size standard of $11 million. Registration will be verified in System Award Management (SAM). Quotes will be considered non-responsive and rejected if the Contracting Officer is not able to verify and view contractor registrations in SAM. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), Little Rock, Arkansas, has identified a need for Integrated Case Management (ICM) case manager training for Registered Nurses to take place at CAVHS and the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHS), Biloxi, and Mississippi facilities. Training shall effectively and efficiently prepare Registered Nurses for RN Case Manager Roles. Case management is intended to maximize resource utilization and promote quality Veteran-centric care while producing cost effective outcomes. Case management requires well-coordinated and collaborative interdisciplinary efforts, which are dependent upon effective communication and cooperation across internal and external VA care. Period of Performance (PoP) dates: September 26, 2019 thru September 25, 2020 (PoP is subject to change if necessary). Questions are due September 10, 2019 by 11:00am (CT). An amendment will be posted to the solicitation afterward with all questions and answers. If there are no questions, an amendment will not be posted.
