Description

Amendment 0001 Package for solicitation 47PE0019R0001 The purpose of this amendment is to accomplish the following: •1. 1. Provide responses to contractor's questions. Responses are included in Attachment 1, with additional information included in Attachment 2 and Attachment 3. •2. 2. Incorporate the following clauses: FAR 52.204-25, Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (AUG 2019); FAR clause 52.204-25 is incorporated by reference. GSAM 552.204-70, Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (AUG 2019); and FAR 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Aug 2019). GSAM clause 552.204-70 and FAR clause 52.204-24 are incorporated in full text, Attachment 4 and should be filled out and provided with the contractor's proposal. 3. The proposal due date is extended to September 16, 2019 no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME
