QIAcube, QIAxtractor HT,Full Agreement, Cat# 9241769, QTY 1/YR. 3. QIAcube, Inspection Service, Cat# 9241225, QTY 1/YR. 4. QIAcube, Full Agreement, Cat# 9242700, QTY 1/YR. 5. QIAxpert, Full Agreement, no PM, Cat# 9244330, QTY 1/YR Qiagen LLC. is the sole manufacturer of this equipment. See attached J&A with specifics of Preventive Maintenance details. The NAICS code for this action is 811219 This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems For Award Management (SAM).
