Description

Brand Name Justification and Approval This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W9127Q-19-R-0042 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05, 13 Aug 2019 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20190820 (Effective 20 Aug 2019). It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is unrestricted and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 334511, size standard 1,250 employees. Description of Requirement: The 186 Air Refueling Wing requires the following items, Brand Name: CLIN 0001: Image Intensifier Tube (White Phosphor, P-45) Part Number: 10160UW-SA-C00-1597 Quantity: 10 each Manufacturer Cage Code: 55311 Required Delivery Date: 60 days after receipt of order (ARO) Only brand name items requested in this solicitation will be considered for award. In compliance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), the justification for other than full and open competition is included with this solicitation as attachment - "Brand Name J&A - Image Intensifier Tubes".
