- Attachment 1 - Provisions and Clauses Brand Name Justification Bauer Divers Breathing Air Compressor System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, and with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will NOT be issued. National Guard Bureau USPFO-AL intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for brand name Bauer Breathing Air Compressor System. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number for this requirement is W912JA-19-Q-0008. Dive Locker Bauer Divers Breathing Air Compressor System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, and with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 effective 12 Jul 2019, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DPN 20190628 effective 28 Jun 2018, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement AFAC 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 333112, Lawn and Garden Tractor and Home Lawn and Garden Equipment Manufacturing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 1500 employees. DESCRIPTION: The National Guard Bureau USPFO-AL require Dive Locker brand name BAUER Divers Breathing Air Compressor system and installation. The selected vendor will provide the requested the breathing air compressor system, installation, training, and maintenance for 18 months. Full details of the requirement may be found in Attachment (Atch) 1. A site visit is not applicable, but any questions are applicable to the acquisition are due by 13 September 2019, 4:00 p.m. (CDT) with anticipated award date of on or about 25 Sep 2019. SET-ASIDE: IAW FAR 19.502-2(a), this acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
