Statement of Work The Salt Lake City VA medical center has a requirement for brand name or equal procurement of Ophthalmic Microscope, 3D Visualization System, and Video 1 MOS System. The requirement is for the procurement of two (2) Ophthalmic Microscopes, one (1) 3D Visualization System, and one (1) Video 1 MOS System. The Ophthalmic Microscope must meet the following specifications: (Brand name match: Luxor LX3 Ophthalmic Microscope) ILLUMIN-i TECHNOLOGY 6x-larger, highly stable red reflex zone Crisp visualization throughout intraoperative phase ~45% greater depth of focus with less adjustment AMP TECHNOLOGY Outstanding visualization of the retina One switch shifts the beam splitter plate out of your optical path 100% of the retro-illuminated light from the patient s eye is transmitted back through the optics REAR PANEL PC Customizable Surgeon setting Store up to 200 unique Surgeon profiles FLOOR STAND Electro-mechanical clutch system for easy positioning New ergonomic design hides all cords and cables 360 ° base rotation with extra-long reach Built in safety-stop feature Enhanced Features Arm design for improved ergonomics and easier positioning Low profile eye cups Low profile handles with built-in clutch release Larger Libero screen with negative slope for ease of visualization Dimmable Libero screen for use with Retina procedures Independent XY, mag and light rest.
