Statement of Work The Salt Lake City VA medical center has a requirement for brand name or equal procurement of Ophthalmic Microscope, 3D Visualization System, and Video 1 MOS System. The requirement is for the procurement of two (2) Ophthalmic Microscopes, one (1) 3D Visualization System, and one (1) Video 1 MOS System.
