Qualificaiton Requirement NSN 4395 Qualificaiton Requirement NSN 1976 The A-10 Deceleron solicitation will be comprised of an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. It will have a five year ordering period with a six year period of performance. The Estimated IDIQ maximum is $49M. Line Item 0001 - Data - Exhibit A CDRLS Description: Data IAW DD 1423-1 Delivery: IAW DD 1423-1 Quantity: To be cited on each order Not Separately Priced Unit of Issue: LO Line Item 0002 - Deceleron Assembly, Right Hand First Article NSN: 1560-01-592-1976FJ Description: First Article - Deceleron Assembly, Right Hand Delivery: NTE 400 Calendar Days Delivery Destination: FB2029 Quantity: To be cited on each order Unit of Issue: EA Line Item 0003 - Deceleron Assembly, Right Hand - Production NSN: 1560-01-592-1976FJ Description: Production - Deceleron Assembly, Right Hand Delivery: 180 Calendar Days - Minimum production delivery requirements are as follows: One (1) left hand and one (1) right hand deceleron assembly to be delivered per month beginning on or before 180 calendar days of order award (or after first article approval). After 240 calendar days of order award (or FA approval), a minimum of three (3) left hand and three (3) right hand deceleron assemblies shall be delivered per month until order completion. Delivery Destination: FB2029 Quantity: To be cited on each order Unit of Issue: EA Line Item 0004 - Deceleron Assembly, Left Hand - First Article NSN: 1560-01-591-4395FJ Description: First Article - Deceleron Assembly, Left Hand Delivery: NTE 400 Calendar Days Delivery Destination: FB2029 Quantity: To be cited on each order Unit of Issue: EA Line Item 0005 - Deceleron Assembly, Left Hand - Production NSN: 1560-01-591-4395FJ Description: Production - Deceleron Assembly, Left Hand. Delivery: 180 Calendar Days - Proposed Delivery Schedule for production assets shall not exceed 180 calendar days. If production assets are ordered in conjunction with their First Article, the 180 days begins after approval of the First Article. Minimum production delivery requirements are as follows: One (1) left hand and one (1) right hand deceleron assembly to be delivered per month beginning on or before 180 calendar days of order award (or after first article approval). After 240 calendar days of order award (or FA approval), a minimum of three (3) left hand and three (3) right hand deceleron assemblies shall be delivered per month until order completion. If equal numbers of left hand and right hand deceleron assemblies are not ordered, each order will dictate the manufacturing order, but the contractor shall maintain the total minimum production quantity listed above. Delivery Destination: FB2029 Quantity: To be cited on each order Unit of Issue: EA Anticipated Award Date: February 2020. RESTRICTED TO PREQUALIIFED SOURCE(S): A Source Approval Request (SAR) is required from all interested contractors who are not already qualified. Award will only be made to an approved Qualified Source. Contact the point of contacts listed to receive the source qualification requirements. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
