- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 09/27/2019 and respond due date 10/28/2019. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0080947503; and solicit as OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION for Sole Source of supply. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-19-R-1150 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1650-01-574-6518, Parts Kit, Hydraulic for 452 each. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety (NCSI) as verified on the CSI lists on September 4, 2019. Item is Critical Application. Item is not Commercial neither Export Control applies. The Government does not have adequate data nor rights to data. Item production requirement is in accordance with Triumph Actuation Systems, LLC; CAGE 1SR57, Part Number-FA500014 requirements. Required delivery objective is 340 days total. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Destination. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
