- Limited Source Documentation for LabX Support The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to LabX 1-yr Enterprise License for LabX Software Support & Maintenance Plan. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the archive date of this notice. Point of contact is Anthony Anglin, email anthony.d.anglin@usdoj.gov. The proposed purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with LabX. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Justification for this determination is attached. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (Feb 2007) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (Apr 2008) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at this internet address - www.acquisition.gov/far. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a RFQ. Any source capable of providing the services/items and is interested in submitting a capabilities statement may do so electronically to anthony.d.anglin@usdoj.gov.
