This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-03 (effective 07/24/2019). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334210, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. SB registration will be verified in System Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA). SDVOSB registration will be verified in Vendor Information Pages (VIP). Quotes will be considered non-responsive and rejected if the Contracting Officer is not able to verify and view contractor registrations in SAM and VIP. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, administration, parts and materials to update four (4) mobile applications developed from 2012 to 2015 by the original equipment manufacturer. Applications are owned by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, Mental Health Care Line. Conquer Panic (for iOS) Conquer Panic (for Android) Conquer Anxiety (for iOS) Conquer Anxiety (for Android) Period of Performance (PoP) dates: September 30, 2019 thru September 29, 2020 (PoP is subject to change if necessary).
