Description
SF1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 in combination with FAR Subpart 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1645BC-19-Q-00030 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR FAC 2019-04 and 05 thru August 13, 2019. This is a Small Business set-aside with a NAICS code of 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Products are to be furnished in accordance with the specifications in the attached product specification. It is anticipated to award a Firm Fixed Price award. Quoters must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quotes must be received by Brandi Brinson, Contract Specialist no later than 5:00 PM (EDT) on September 13, 2019. Quotes will be accepted by e-mail at Brinson.brandi@dol.gov. Electronic quotations must be submitted in a format compatible with Microsoft Office or Adobe. Quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days and include enough information for the Government to make a determination that the Contractor can responsibly deliver the required goods. All questions on this requirement must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Contract Specialist by September 6, 2019, 12:00 PM (EDT). Questions for which answers can be provided may be conveyed to the prospective Quoters by amendment to this RFQ on or around September 6, 2019 without reference as to the originating source. Phone calls will not be accepted.
