- Draft PWS This Sources Sought Notice is for the Government's informational purpose only in conducting market research for the upcoming solicitation FA5587-19-Q-1095. The 48th Contracting Squadron anticipates soliciting within the next 90 days for Advisory and Assistance Services support under the aforementioned NAICS. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, supervision, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to provide support services at the established locations for RAF Mildenhall, England. Performance under a resultant contract shall be provided in accordance with the requirements contained in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Advisory and Assistance Services is required to provide management, operational, professional, and scheduling support services to the 351 Air Refueling Squadron (ARS). This requirement will be utilized as a base year with two additional option periods. NOTE: The PWS provided in this Sources Sought Notice is a draft PWS only, and is subject to change prior to the release of a formal solicitation. This notice does not constitute a solicitation. Requested Information The following is requested from interested vendors: 1. What aspects of the requirements pose significant difficulties for your company to fulfill? 2. How could the government revise this requirement to better mirror commercial industry standards? 3. Based upon the requirement described in the PWS, do you foresee any undue logistical concerns? If so, please state your concerns. 4. Based upon the PWS attached, are there any aspects that are vague and do not allow a clear understanding of the Government's requirements? 5. Based upon the PWS attached is the subject requirement something your company feels it could fulfill and would seriously consider submitting a technically viable proposal for in any forthcoming solicitations? Please submit a written response via scan/email-attach on company letter head to points of contact listed below.
