Description
Solicitation with details for this requirement This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is W912L9-19-U-0051, this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This requirement is to purchase Delta Equipment. See solicitation for items listing for details. 5. Vendors that are providing another solution or different specifications to accomplish the requirements must provide details in their proposal. Providing brochures is NOT sufficient enough to determine if your product meets the requirements. 6. The Buy American Act applies to all aspects of this requirement. 7. Must provide all product specifications you are using for this requirement for review to determine compliance. 8. Signing the solicitation and not providing required supporting documentation for your quote will rendered your quote as NOT meeting the requirement and will be disqualified. 10. Material cannot come from a barred are excluded country. 11. All material needs to be new. FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items; Evaluation factors: a. Contractor must show proof that their products meet the requirements specified. b. Contractor must include technical capability. c. Price 13. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification with their proposal. 14. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 15. FAR Clause 52.212-5 DEV, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 16. FAR Clause 52.219-8 Utilization of Small Business Concerns is applies. 17. Proposals are due by 1000, 17 September 2019. Proposals are to be submitted via email to brenda.j.simmons6.civ@mail.mil. Must put the solicitation number and title on the subject line of the email.
