Description

The Fleet Support Team (FST) at NAS Jacksonville, FL currently has a requirement for Fatigue Appraisal and Structural Tracking (FAST) reports for twenty (20) T-34 and fifty-four (54) T-44 aircraft. It is anticipated that this requirement will be solicited and awarded on a sole source basis to Textron Aviation Inc. Textron Aviation Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the T-34 and T-44 aircraft, and this company owns all the proprietary data that is necessary for the required FAST reports. Please see the attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source and the Sole Source Justification.
