- RFQ package for 15DDHQ19Q00000216 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued as a100% set-aside for Small Businesses (SB). The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a brand name or equal requirement for a Attestor Forensic Climate Chamber. The minimum specifications for this requirement are included in Attachment 1. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price purchase order in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13.5. All applicable provisions and clauses, including FAR clauses 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are included herein. All sources shall submit a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation factors other than price include: 1)Delivery - Offerors' shall be able to provide the products and quantities referenced in the schedule of items under (Section 2) of RFQ 15DDHQ19Q00000216 to the various locations listed. 2)Estimated Lead-time - Offerors' shall provide an estimated lead-time for the requested supplies which will also be evaluated. Award will be based on technically acceptable/lowest price - for an offeror to be considered technically acceptable, it shall be able to provide the items listed in the specifications and quantities listed in the schedule under this RFQ 15DDHQ19Q00000216. All sources shall provide ALL OR NONE in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. NO PARTIAL ORDERS/SHIPMENTS will be accepted. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to angela.r.trimmier@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is September 12, 2019 at 12 PM (EST). Questions & Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Quotes are due no later than September 17, 2019 at 5:00 PM EST.
