Page 3 of 3 Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 of the Department of Veterans, New York Harbor VA Medical Center is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of IntelliSpace Cardiovascular R3.X Data Migration with Remote ISCV Prof. Services at the New York Harbor VA Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all necessary, labor, services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811219. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email or fax) and must be received not later than September 12, 2019 at 5:00 PM EST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. The VA NYHHS in Manhattan, New York is currently seeking a service contract for Data Migration of ACOM net to Philips ISCV. Background The Manhattan VA Cardiology Department is currently storing it s patient image data in the old ACOM net which is now obsolete. The ACOM net is at its end of life with no support or replacement parts. The new Philips ISCV will be the new data storage system which will store all patient images, data, etc. This migration is vital to securing over 15 years worth of patient data on to the new ISCV system. Objectives This procurement package is responsible for data migration from the old ACOM net to Philips ISCV. This data migration has high importance to ensure secure transfer of over 15 years of patient cardiac Cath lab images and data. Overview This service provides units of implementation services and/or time-based consulting. Engagement Deliverables Each unit of this product provides 8 hours of consulting by a consultant. Topics for consulting are limited to Clinical Informatics products and services. Engagement Completion Criteria The engagement is complete upon delivery of the units of labor. There are no other deliverables associated with this service. Customer Work Contributions Customer should designate appropriate resource(s) with the knowledge and authority to represent the organization and facilitate the work of the Consultant. Customer may purchase additional units if more time is required to complete implementation. Limitations Each unit of labor will be delivered in accordance with the project plan established by the project manager. Services shall be delivered Monday thru Friday on business days between the hours of 8am thru 5pm local time. Professional service hours will decrement by 1.5 for after-hours work and 2.0 for weekend work - additional All work must be completed in a test environment prior to implementation All work is done remotely Product Description: IntelliSpace Cardiovascular R3.X Data Migration with Remote ISCV Prof. Services (8 hours) Location at Manhattan VAMC: 423 E 23rd St, New York, NY 10010; CARDIOLOGY SERVICE Period of Performance The contractor should have the services provided within 30 days after receipt date of order. Place of Performance / Place of Delivery The data migration will be performed in Cardiology Department at the Manhattan Campus of the NY Harbor Healthcare System 12nd Floor Cardiology Department. Government-Furnished Property, Material, Equipment, or Information (GFP, GFM, GFE, or GFI) There will be no government furnished property, material or equipment. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, Hub Zone, 8(a), small disadvantaged business, small business or large business), relative to NAICS 811219. For a Contractor to be considered one of the above socioeconomic classifications, they MUST conduct at least 51% of the work. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, examples of similar facilities which you have provided services to, DUNS number, address, point of contact and the size of your business pursuant to the following questions; (1) Is your business large or small? (2) If small, does your firm qualify as a small, emerging business? (3) If disadvantaged, specify under which disadvantaged group and if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act? (4) Is your firm a certified Hub Zone firm? (5) Is your firm a woman-owned or operated business? (6) Is your firm a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business? If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) (see internet site: http://www.ccr.gov). Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email or fax) and received not later than September 12, 2019 at 5:00 PM EST. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on Federal Business opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
