- 19Q0386_Amended_Solicitation_0003 The Purpose of this notice is to extend the closing date to 9/11/2019 12:00 PM PST and answer the following questions below: Question 1 The Stand, DWG 8028909, Part No MHU-32-A1 is not listed as a part of the specified item ADU-432/E. It needs to be specifically stated that this piece, quantity (5?) is part of the requirement. The Requirements is as follows: ADU-432/E Missile Adapter Assy NSN: 1450-01-016-4989 P/N: 789AS525 (8 short cradle adapters per unit) 5 Each Units MHU-32 Stand P/N 8028909 (Steel) 5 Each Units Adapter Cradle Assembly P/N: VV89125100-10 5 Sets (5 pieces make a set) Drawings have been provided for VV89125100, Adapter Cradle Assembly. This assembly is not listed as a part of the specified item ADU-432/E. If this assembly is to be provided this needs to be specified along with the quantity required. See Above Question 2 For the guided missile assembly adapter, Drawings 789AS525, the beams are specified as extrusions using "DIE NO. 853-D" but there is no suggested source of supply for these extrusions. Do you know who currently owns this die? Otherwise, would it be acceptable for us to quote these beams as being made from an American Standard tee, 3" x 3" x 3/8"? The Government does not know the current owner of DIE NO. 853-D. Quote your suggested manufacturing process and the TPOC will determine if the quote is acceptable.
