- Contractual Document Review Process form This synopsis is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR parts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis N0017819P6316 is issued as a Request for Quote is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). This requirement is solicited as a sole source and is therefore not eligible for small business set-aside. Under the authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure DeweSoft Data Acquisition (DAQ) hardware and software system support from DeweSoft, LLC. 10730 Logan St, Whitehouse, OH 43571. Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, via email at yarina.taylor@navy.mil. The closing date is 11 September 2019, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
