JUSTIFICATION & APPROVAL REQUEST FOR QUOTATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a competitive commercial fixed priced type Purchase Order for 30 (thirty) Canon VBM50-B PTZ Video Cameras in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
