Exhibit A - Technical Requirements Document Request for proposal SPRBL1-19-R-0043 DLA issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) SPRBL1-19-R-0043 for the follinwg items to support the Heads Up Display/Aviators' Night Vision Imaging Systems (HUD/ANVIS): Improved Signal Data Converter (ISDC) NSN 5895-01-577-5425 P/N MB503A-00 Night Flat Panel NSN 7025-01-589-3638 P/N MB240A-00 Day Flat Panel NSN 7025-01-589-3636 P/N MB386A-01 The approved manufacturing source of supply is Elbit Systems' subsidiary EFW, Inc., CAGE 0WEC9. The Government does not own the Technical Data Package (TDP) for the NSNs or the Heads Up Display. Because this acquisition will be using sole source authority at FAR 6.302-1, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered. The RFP close date and time is: 31 October 2019, 1600 hours (4:00pm) local time.
