Description

Regional Procurement Office (RPO) - East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Nikon Instruments, Inc., 1300 Walt Whitman Rd, FL 2, Melville, NY, 11747, to purchase Nikon Eclipse Ti2 equipment for the Grumbach Laboratory at the Iowa City VA Health Care System. This equipment will be used to enhance and increase the functionality of the Nikon system currently in use. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
