- Performance Work Statment, Varsity Sports Officials Number of Games and Sport Types COMBO for Varsity Sports Officials ***NOTICE TO VENDORS*** Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This requirement is for FITNESS CENTER/SPORTS OFFICIALS. Details of requirements for this RFQ can be found in the attached Performance Work Statement and Number of Games Document. Additional FAR, DFARS, and AFFARS clauses and provisions are included as an attachment. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes, in no particular order of importance: technical capability to meet the government's requirement, price, and past performance. Questions should be directed to 2d LT Haley Spletzer at haley.spletzer.1@us.af.mil or 940-676-1602 not any later than Friday, September 6th at 2pm Central Time. The period of performance will have one base year with three option years. Period of Performance: Base Year: 1 October 2019-30 September 2020 Option Year 1: 1 October 2020-30 September 2021 Option Year 2: 1 October 2021-30 September 2022 Option Year 3: 1 October 2022-30 September 2023
