Revised Performance Work Statement. Question and Answer Amendment A0001. The purpose of Amendment A0001 is to respond to Request for Information received in response to solicitation 93093142221. See attached Question and Answer A0001 and Revised Performance Work Statement. In the Performance Work Statement under General Information, sentence 1 read "3 phase" this was correct to read "1 phase." _____________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05 dated August 13, 2019. The solicitation number is 93093142221 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is a 100% Small business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a corresponding small business standard of $15.0 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is N041 Installation of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Equipment. Only offers from small businesses will be considered for this solicitation. Description: The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC), Mercedes Field Office located at 325 Golf course Road, Mercedes, TX 78570-9677 requires Air Condition & Heating System. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technical acceptability will be based on the Contractor's Technical Approach, Expertise and Qualified Personnel to provide the services, and Past Performance. Technical Approach - Provide a two (2) to three (3) page narrative addressing the items in the SOW. The narrative shall at a minimum include your plan of action and key team members with resumes. Past Performance - Provide three (3) references for similar projects. The information shall include name of person, company, phone number, email address, and brief description of the project. A wage determination is included in the attachments. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. (d) Comptroller General Examination of Record. (1) The Comptroller General of the United States, or an authorized representative of the Comptroller General, shall have access to and right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this contract. (2) The Contractor shall make available at its offices at all reasonable times the records, materials, and other evidence for examination, audit, or reproduction, until 3 years after final payment under this contract or for any shorter period specified in FAR Subpart 4.7, Contractor Records Retention, of the other clauses of this contract. If this contract is completely or partially terminated, the records relating to the work terminated shall be made available for 3 years after any resulting final termination settlement. Records relating to appeals under the disputes clause or to litigation or the settlement of claims arising under or relating to this contract shall be made available until such appeals, litigation, or claims are finally resolved.
