- Performance Work Statement for Rental of Floodlights This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M00318-19-Q-0037 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06 and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) current to DPN 20190820. This is a small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, and the small business size standard is $35 million. Quotes are being requested for the following CLIN 0001: Rental of Floodlights Description: Rental of Floodlights in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). See attached PWS for details. Unit of Issue: Quantity: 1 Period of Performance: 16-Sep-19 to 14-Nov-19 The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (Oct 2018)(Deviation 2018-O0018) applies to this acquisition. Evaluation and Award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers (factors are not listed in any particular order): a. Price b. Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement c.
