- Amendment 1 - removed mention of 5 additional user licenses as an option, added the customer support identifier (CSI) number, and extended the RFQ deadline. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) on behalf of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC), Fort Detrick, MD requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing continuing support for existing Argus Safety Standard Edition software licenses (15 concurrent users) and maintenance support as needed over the life of the contract. This is a brand name only requirement of Oracle Argus Safety Standard Edition software perpetual licenses and license maintenance for the SAE system. The Period of Performance (POP) for this contract will be from 30 Sept 2019 - 29 Sept 2024 (Base year plus 4 option years). See attached documents for more details. Amendment 2 - Based on questions received and vendor feedback we have amended the solicitation to remove the option 5 user licenses for the base and all option year periods. We are extending the deadline for quotes thru Monday 16 September 2019 at 12:00pm EST. We included in the solicitation the Customer Support Identifier (CSI) number at this site - which is 19757686.
