Description

This Notification is connected to the previous notification for a Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information (RFI) 36C10B19Q0042 TBO Enterprise- Rural LEC Contract. A similar Request for Proposal (RFP) was previously posted in a draft format on August 2, 2019. The Department of Veterans Affairs final 36C10B19R0027 RFP was posted on August 22, 2019. In an effort to increase competition, the Government is hereby issuing an Amendment to reopen Solicitation 36C10B19R0027 and extend the closing date for proposal submissions until October 25, 2019 5:00:00 PM ET. Furthermore, any Offeror who submitted a proposal under the original Solicitation that closed August 30, 2019 may either revise its proposal, submit a new proposal in response to the amended solicitation, or submit a statement of no change, in response. For this notification, please reference six attachments: Request for Proposal 36C10B19R0027 091019, RLEC SDP List 082219, Performance Work Statement 082219, Tech.xlsx 082219, Price.xlsx 082219, and TPBO Order Form. As stated in previous notifications, Department of Veterans Affairs requires continued LEC Services. RLEC Services current state which features multiple contracts managed at a local level requiring significant effort to fund, implement and manage to a consolidated contract.
