- •1. Estimated issue date: 25 Sep 2019; Estimated closing/response date: 25 Oct 2019. **These dates are subject to change. Solicitation will be posted to FBO and attached to this synopsis when it is issued. Closing/response date will be noted on the solicitation.** •2. PR number: FD2030-18-02666. Solicitation number: FA8118-19-R-0061. •3. Service/Spare/Repair/OH: Repair/Overhaul. •4. AMC: R1/C. •5. Item: Electro-mechanical Actuator for the E-3. •6. NSN: 1680-01-008-8834. •7. P/N: 757050-1. •8. Description: Dimensions: The actuator is used to open and close ram air door for cabin temperature control system. This proposed contract will include a major and minor line of repair. The major line of repair will include the replacement of the ballscrew at an approximate replacement of50%. Item and projected requirement information for the period of performance. •9. Quantity: Remanufacture: 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract will be solicited. Minimum contract quantity: 1 EA. Maximum Contract Quantity: 20 EA. BEQ is 10 EA/year for 5 years. Over and Above: To Be Negotiated (as needed). Data: Not Separately Priced. Application: E-3. Destination: TBD. •10. Delivery: 2 EA per 180 days for Major Repair and 2 each per 30 days for minor repair After Receipt of Order or Reparables, Whichever is Later. •11.
