- Perfusion J&A The United States Department Of Naval Medical Research Center(NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract, Hemedex Inc., Waltham, MA. 02452. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. Qflow 500 Perfusion Probe (Sterile) Itm# H0000-1600, QTY 85/EA 3. Dura Piercer & Introducer Kit Itm# H0000-3683, QTY 85/EA. The NAICS code for this action is 339112. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems For Award Management (SAM).
