- The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Precision Welding Technologies Inc, 6287 Viewbridge Dr., Auburn, CA 95602-7834, Cage Code 1FLJ5, on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Solicitation M67001-19-Q-1386. This requirement is for the troubleshooting and repair of the welding system manufactured Precision Welding Technologies Inc. manufactured in 2014, asset number 65923091048, serial number 1301, model number U6. This Notice of Intent is Not a Request for Competitive Quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be submitted within the closing date of the notice for consideration: TO BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM (EST) ON 13 SEPTEMBER 2019 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
