- 34300019P0046 NOTICE TYPE: SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – Neal R. Gross & Company Inc NAICS Code 561492 – Court Reporting Services PSC R606– Court Reporting The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Neal R. Gross & Company Inc., 1323 Rhode Island Ave NW 101, Washington, DC 20005-3701, under the authority of FAR 19.1306, HubZone Sole Source Awards. There is no reasonable expectation that offers would be received from two or more HubZone small business concerns. This requirement is for court reporting services. The period of performance is 60 days, with one 60 day (anticipated) option period: September 15, 2019 - January 14, 2020. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
